Philippines' has come up with a list of guide lines to ensure everyone's safety for the upcoming 2019 SEA Games. Only transparent bags are allowed for the spectators who will going to watch sports activities in the venue, the Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee said.

“One important thing that we have implemented in this SEA Games is the clear bag policy. You can have your bag but you have to make sure that your bag that you will be bringing are cleared or transparent,” retired military chief Gregorio Pio Catapang Jr., functional area director for Games Security and Safety, said.
“This is for spectators but the athletes they have all the leeway to bring along what bag they want,” Catapang added.
Those who would not use cleared bags will not allowed to enter the sports venues or else you may leave it inside your vehicle, Catapang added.
Some 10,000 athletes are expected to participate in the 30th SEA Games from Nov. 30 to Dec.11,2019.
Please be reminded that only clear tote bags, storage bags, and small clutch bags are allowed.
