The NBA All-Star Game has concluded on Sunday, leaving Team Lebron victorious over Team Durant at State Farm Arena in Atlanta Georgia.
The annual game which was closed to the public except for 1,500 invited guests has generated $3 million in donations for HBCUs.
Team LeBron represented The Thurgood Marshall College Fund and Team Durant played for the United Negro College Fund. Both funds are non-profits that look to award scholarships and support HBCUs, according to CNN report.
At the end of the first quarter, Team LeBron won over Team Durant, 40-39. James' team was victorious in the second quarter, as well, making the halftime cumulative score 100-80.
Team Lebron continues the lead in the third quarter, claiming its ultimate victory in the 2021 All-Star title, 170-150.
Meanwhile, Stephen Curry has won in the three-point contest, scoring 31 points in the first round, and 28 points in the last round. For the Skills challenge goes to Domantas Sabonis, while in the dunk contest, Portland Trail Blaszer's Anfernee Simons was the winner.
