Pinoy Celebrities Unleash Their Inner Fangirls and Fanboys for Olivia Rodrigo

 Olivia Rodrigo's Manila Concert a Night to Remember for Filo Livies.



Filipino fans, including celebrities, had the opportunity to witness a truly unforgettable night as American singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo performed her first-ever concert in the Philippines at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan last Saturday, October 5.



The High School Musical: The Musical: The Series star expressed her deep emotion and pride for her Filipino roots during the Manila leg of her tour, which she proclaimed as the largest crowd she's ever played for.



"It's my first time in the Philippines! This is such a dream come true. Tonight also is extra special because I believe this is the biggest show I ever played in my whole entire life," she shared.


The concert featured Olivia's hit songs like "Driver's License," "Deja Vu," "Good 4 U," "Vampire," "Traitors," and many more, captivating the audience with her powerful vocals and energetic stage presence.


Joining the thousands of fans were several Filipino celebrities who couldn't resist the chance to experience Olivia's electrifying performance firsthand.



Andrea Brillantes was among the most enthusiastic fans, having gone to great lengths to secure a prime spot in the concert. She shared on Instagram that she arrived early in the morning to be the first in line for her queue number lane. "Sa aga ko pumila kaninang umaga, I ended up first in line in my queue number lane. Kaya ako lang tao nandun [because] I line up very early for it. It wasn't VIP treatment or anything magical," she explained.



Zia Dantes, daughter of celebrity couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, was also thrilled to be at the concert. Olivia noticed Zia in the audience and waved at her, making the young fan's night even more special. Marian expressed her support for her daughter's excitement, saying, "Kung saan ka masaya, Anak, nandito lang kami para suportahan ka! We love you! @oliviarodrigo Salamat pinasaya mo si Ate Zia."



Elijah Canlas fulfilled a promise to his late brother JM by attending the concert. JM was a huge fan of Olivia and had encouraged Elijah to watch the Disney shows she starred in. The actor shared a heartfelt post about his brother and the unforgettable experience of attending the concert together in spirit.




Other celebrities who attended the concert included Sharlene San Pedro, Niana Guerrero, and the dermatologist couple Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho.
