Jobless Pinoy in Abu Dhabi feeds stray cats despite of financial shortage

A Filipino resident in Abu Dhabi was praised in his passion of helping his furry feline friends that run around the city without permanent address.



The 30-year-old Jonathan Sibol was used to spend more than Dh1,000 out of his own pocket per month just to feed stray cats. Sibol began feeding the stray cats since 2015, however, he lost his job last year and still waiting for the company to hire him. 

His friends and other people offered helped to continue his advocacy feeding his starving friends and  to show the people that animals shouldn't be forgotten no matter tough life is.


He usually feed more than 40 felines daily, mainly around Al Falah and near Medeor Hospital, khaleejtimes reported.

His story inspired many people to help and join his advocacy, and now Sibol is receiving donations to continue feeding his lifetime friends.
