Raffy Tulfo in Action finally revealed the CCTV footage captured during the altercation that happened between a lady grab driver and the Pateros cop in front of a Starbucks cafe in Taguig City.
The lady Grab driver named Florence Norial accused police captain Ronald Saguilayan of assaulting her during the incident.
Norial alleged that the police private car was blocking the cafe's driveway and that he refused to give way. According to Norial the police ignored her despite her repeated attempts, until a confrontation happened.
As per the CCTV footage shared by Raffy Tulfo, he explained that the lady driver has been patiently waited for at least two minutes before she approached the driver of the car that blocked the driveway.
Apparently, it seems that she was ignored, she leave and asked anyone at the cafe to ask for help to get him to move out of the way.
The confrontation heated at one point, when the driver opened his car door which hit her and left her injured.
