Patrick Joseph Mabugat and Dyan Dimalaluan from Bacolod City both passed the November 2020 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE).

There success has became more memorable as they shared it together, ever since they started their journey as Medical Technology students way back 2014 at the University of Negros Occidental Recoletos - Bacolod.
Now, they both conquered with a plus, Dr. Patrick Joseph Mabugat finished 2nd in the November 2020 Physician Licensure Exam with a passing percentage of 88.58. He also topped the Medical Technology Exam in 2014.
His longtime girlfriend Dr. Dyan Dimalaluan also passed the recently concluded licensure examination for doctors.
And while many said it was difficult to keep a relationship while studying med school, for Patrick and Dyan it became their motivation to work hard as they have the same goal and mind set to passed the exam.
Meanwhile, a graduate of the University of the Philippines Manila led 3,538 examines who passed the 2020 Physician Licensure Examination held this month, according to results posted by the Professional Regulation Commission on Thursday.
Jomel Garcia Lapides topped this year's licensure test for aspiring doctors with a score of 88.67%. In July 2011, Lapides also topped the nursing board exam.
