The two are together with their friends in Yosemite National Park in California.
In a separate Instagram post by Dominic's friend, they both spotted holding each others hands during the actor's birthday dinner.
Bea is seen with her hand on top of Dominic's shoulder with a captioned: "Happy Birthday tsong."
Bea took a vacation in the USA prior to her decision to join GMA network.
