CRIZZLE GWYNN MAGUAD'S CELLPHONE FOUND FROM ALLEGED DRUG SUSPECT

 Kidapawan City police confirmed that a cellphone of one of the Maguad's siblings who was murdered inside their house in North Cotabao was found from a drug suspect during a police operation, according to DXND Radyo Bida Kidapawan report.




It can be recalled that the cellphone of Crizzle Gwynn Maguad was left missing after the crime. Authorities believed that this could be the key to fully solve the case. 



Mr. and Mrs. Maguad personally went to Kidapawan City police bringing a cellphone box of their daughter, Gwynn. It was confirmed then that it was Gwynn's cellphone after confirming the serial number of an OPPO F11 unit are identical.





According to Kidapawan City Chief Police Lt. Col. Peter Pinalgan Jr. in an interview with Radyo BIDA, he said that the cellphone was retrieved from a certain name 'Esmael" of Purok Guava, Barangay Singao last December 16 in a search warrant operation. He was also arrested with a 5 sachet of alleged forbidden substance, shabu in position. 




The cellphone is now under the police custody for further investigation.





Previously, authorities has considered the case of the brutal killing of Maguad siblings Crizzle Gwynn, 18, and Crizzule Louise, 26, in M'lang, North Cotabato as closed after the adopted survivor admits to the crime. 



While the adopted survivor known as "Janice" was under the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, still the other crime suspect remained at large.
