Sarah Geronimo recently sparked pregnancy rumors after picture of the singer-actress together with her husband's family during the holidays appears to be a growing bump.
In an Instagram post of Matteo Guidicelli, some fans expressed their excitement to the couple that they could be about to become first-time parents in the near future.
"Buntis si Sarah?" A fan asked.
Another one replied: "prang nga ohh diba yun din gusto ko malaman charrr hahaha sana mbuntis na si sarah pra.comple.na ang happy nila love you both idol."
