SHARON CUNETA SAYS SORRY ABOUT HER POST TO SAL PANELO'S 'SANA'Y WALA NANG WAKAS' RENDITION

After deleting her post for calling out senatorial aspirant Salavador Panelo for singing her song "Sanay Wala Nang Wakas," Sharon Cuneta took to Instagram and shared an open letter to close the issue.

In her lengthy post she posted on her social media accounts on Thursday, March 24, 2022 titled "Sana'y Wala Nang Wakas," the Megastar apologized for the "words that I (she) used in her post, and to those I (she) hurt by them."

"I should have just said exactly how I was feeling, and in a more respectful manner - no matter what," she said.

Sharon did not mentioned any name but admitted that she was wrong.

Sharon's deleted post drew flak after Panelo revealed in a statement that he was singing her song to honor his late son.

"I'm sorry she feels that way. It's one of my favorite songs because it reminds me of the great lengths I took to care for my late son, Carlo, who had Down Syndrome. I honor him each time I sing the song," said Panelo.

You are not allowed to use our song! Don't mess with a classic," Sharon said in a now deleted post.
