The man who was abducted by several armed men in Taal, Batangas was found dead in Quezon province, police said Thursday, August 18, 2022.
Police chief Major Dante Majadas of Taal, Batangas, said the body is identified as Eugene del Rosario, 25. His body was found in Barangay Bignay in Sariaya, Quezon at around 6:50 a.m. on August 17.
His face was covered by packaging tape and his hands were also tied on his back.
Del Rosario was abducted by several armed men on board two vehicles while walking in a gasoline station along By-pass Road, Barangay Mahabang Ludlod, Taal, Batangas at around 7:53 p.m. on August 16.
