IRISH ROCK BAND,THE SCRIPT'S CONCERT IN MANILA - "IT'S VERY RARE WHEN THE BAND AND THE AUDIENCE BECOME ONE"

Irish rock band The Script arrived in Manila last September 22, via Singapore Airlines.


Photos of the group upon arrival in Manila were shared on Instagram by the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Thursday.



The band returned to Manila for a one-night concert to be held at the Mall of Asia Arena.

The one-night- show was part of their Greatest Hits Tour and was also in support of their “Tales from the Script” compilation album.



The Script has been in Manila on several tours. The last time they were in the Philippines was back in 2018, in support of their album “Freedom Child.”

The band, composed of Danny O'Donoghue, Mark Sheehan, and Glen Power, was best known for hits such as "The Man Who Can't Be Moved," "Breakeven,” “Hall of Fame,” and "Superheroes."


In the post shared by thescript on their Instagram account, the people happily attended the said concert. The entire Mall of Asia Arena flocked with people, proof of their unending support for the group.



The group thanked the people for their love and unending support.


"It’s very rare when the band and the audience just become one. It’s the same energy. It doesn’t matter when we are in the world it’s the same energy. So I’m dedicating this song to anyone who’s going through anything right now, who needs a little bit of strength a little bit of energy. Every single one of these lights is there for you, every single one of these lights is attached to a person. WE ARE THE F*****G #thescriptfamily baby"
