Neri Naig-Miranda wanted to secure the future of her two sons by buying a new condominium unit.
Neri recently shared a photo on her Facebook page where she showed the condominium unit bought to her son-Cash.
She said she allocated all her son's income from the endorsement to buying a condo. She wants her children to see the income they earned from the endorsements they worked for.
"Lahat ng kinita nya sa endorsements, dito ko nilalagay. Gusto ko habang lumalaki ang mga bata, nakikita nila yung mga pinagtrabahuan nila," Neri captioned her post.
Last February 2022, she also shared the purchased rental property for her firstborn son, Miggy.
Neri wants her children to have their own investments while they are still young. Therefore, all the income earned from the endorsement of her children she bought a condo to rent.
"Eto rin ang magiging first negosyo ni Cash. Kagaya ni Kuya Miggy, ipapa-rent din namin to. Para mag generate ng income at mas makapag ipon pa sila. Ako mismo ang nagmamanage ng pera nila. Nilalagay ko sa investments at sa insurance. At kapag maiintindihan na nila ang importance ng saving their money, mas maaappreciate nila ang ginagawa namin ng Dad nila. Para kahit bata palang sana, maging wais na sila sa buhay," Neri expressed.
Neri added, "Hinuhulugan ko pa rin to. Kapag wala pang pumapasok na endorsement kay Cash, ako muna ang nagbabayad monthly. Yung kay Kuya Miggy, tapos na naming bayaran. Nakaraos din after ilang years, hehe! Sino kaya ang unang magiging lessee ni Cash? Basta ingatan nyo ha?
Neri's businesses like gourmet tuyo, restaurants, rental properties, events planning, and her newly owned salon are proof that her business has grown each day. With her various business endeavors, she has lived up to being the 'wais na misis at wais na nanay.'
Neri is proof for mothers that nothing is impossible if everything is done for the good of the family and the children.
