ANDREA BRILLANTES BREAKS SILENCE AFTER RICCI RIVERO'S INTERVIEW, 'NAKALIMUTAN NIYA ATANG SABIHIN NA HUBAD KONG NADATNAN YUNG GIRL'

Actress Andrea Brillantes revealed Ricci Rivero had forgotten to mention during an interview with Boy Abunda that the girl she saw at his place was “naked.”

“Nakalimutan niya atang sabihin na hubad kong nadatnan yung girl. Tulog siya. Di daw nila alam ang nangyari, lasing sila. Hindi niya minention. Madami pa siyang hindi minention,” Brillantes told DJ Jhai Ho in a text message.

Jhai Ho imparted his discussion to Brillantes after Rivero's interview with Boy Abunda, as found in an episode of “Marites University” on Friday, June 30.

Rivero guarded himself from reactions in the midst of a spilled video — which was taken by Andrea — that highlighted a towel-clad young lady inside his townhouse unit.

“Tito Boy, ‘yung cause ng breakup, ‘yung speculations niya na kumakalat sa social media na may nakita siyang girl doon sa place ko,” Ricci said in the interview with Abunda.

“Pero ilang beses na rin naming pinag-usapan ‘to. As in, sobrang daming beses na sinabi ko sa kaniya with all the evidences I have,” he added.

Rivero affirmed that Brillantes had seen him with a young lady at his place, yet he focused on that he had no relationship with the young lady and that she was only a companion of one of his friends.

“Kasi may mga conversation, even with my friends, ‘di ba? Na hindi po sa akin ‘yung girl, may papuntang friend ako ng midnight or madaling araw tapos hindi ko naman alam na may kasama siya. Tapos ‘yun ‘yung inabutan niya that time,” the athlete further said.

Their split was confirmed to the public last June 9, with the basketball player asked fans to stop creating speculations. Rivero was clearly alluding to the third party issue against him and beauty queen turned-lawmaker Leren Mae Bautista, which the two of them denied.

Brillantes and Rivero formally turned into a couple in April last year when he requested that the actress be his sweetheart after his Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) ball game.
