Watch: Nonito Donaire vs. Bedak fight, Replay

Nonito Donaire Jr. successfully defended his WBO world super bantamweight title by halting Zsolt Bedak of Hungary in three rounds, Saturday night at Cebu City Sports Complex in Cebu.

The Filipino Flash started the fight by circling and throwing quick punches before heating it up in the second round. Donaire landed his vaunted left hook early on and sent Bedak down midway in the second round, and then one more time just shortly before the bell rang.

From there, it was just a matter of time before Donaire sealed the win. A short uppercut rocked the Olympic veteran and eventually he went down for the third and last time.Referee Russel Mora waved Bedak off after the third knockdown.
