Karlie Kloss: PAL has the worst customer service of all time

Manila Philippines - International model Karlie Kloss slams the Philippine Airline(PAL) for their bad service and delaying fight to Canada. The model lambasts the airline by posting in her Twitter account,"PAL has the worst customer service of all time. Most budget airline. Rude and disrespectful.Shame on you PAL."

The airline issued a statement saying "Sorry" to hear that the international model missed her 12:15 AM flight on June 7, it was noted that Kloss missed the closing of the check-in counters at the JFK International Airport, adding that PAL will not back down on their rules just because of her!

PAL's policy was to close the counters at JFK an hour before the departure, or 11:15 PM on June 6.Kloss had arrived 11:40PM, PAL said.

"Philippine Airlines values all of its passenger and we have exerted all efforts to reach out to Ms. Kloss.Our purpose is to explain the operational limitations at airports including cut-off times for check-in and boarding of passengers,"Pal said in statement.

"We are happy to note that Ms. Kloss has gracefully responded to PAL's initial communication. The airline has likewise sent her a formal letter stating that there was no deliberate intention to cause her any disservice," PAL added.

PAL said it was also extending "assistance to facilitate the refund of her unused ticket or to facilitate the rebooking of her flight."
