Netizens slam two policewomen in Pampanga who made a selfies with the arrested celebrity involved in illegal drugs Mark Anthony Fernandez. The PNP Chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa on Wednesday ordered his men to refrain from taking selfies with arrested celebrities.
Dela Rosa said that it will make negative impression of special treatment especially to celebrities and famous people.
Mark Anthony Fernandez who was earlier arrested was caught an alleged less than a kilo of marijuana in Angeles City.
This photo was criticized by netizens showing two policewomen in Pampanga enjoying a picture-taking moment with actor Mark Anthony Fernandez. The photo was taken while all documents were being prepared against Fernandez inside Angeles City Police station hours before the actor's arrest in a checkpoint.
He noted that the two police officers might have been overwhelmed by the presence of the actor as a fan but he would ask the two police women to explain their side.
