In the newly opened Ishin Japan Ramen located in Lacson St., Paseo Verde, Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City, we find the place very simple combined with modern architectural design as they used wood in the external and internal design.

The Ramen

Their Ishin Japan Ramen serves only one kind of Ramen at 250 pesos but you can customize it by adding various ingredients. You can add bamboo shoots, more roasted pork, welsh onions, dried seaweed and a boiled egg.
