Japanese Twitter account was suspended after a death threat to mosquito

Is it a joke? Yes, Twitter is exercising cyber-bullying, Japanese man's Twitter account was suspended after he made a death threat to mosquito.

A Japanese user sent a hated tweet after he was bitten by a mosquito, saying "Bastard!Where do you get off biting me all over while I'm just trying to relax and watch TV? Die!(Actually you're already dead)."

He later received a notification from Twitter sayng his account had been permanently frozen and could not be reactivated.

According to SoraNews24. this was the message the user received:

"Thank you for using Twitter
Your account has been frozen because it was used to send message containing threats.

Tweets containing threats are not allowed under our term of service. This account cannot be reactivated.

Thank you for your understanding."

The twitter user @DaydreamMatcha claims that Twitter's judgement is unfair. His argument doesn't claim his tweet was permissible because of freedom of speech, but because his comment was intentionally to kill a mosquito.
