Bacolod City - Every year electric masskara is the most awaited event at Lacson St., which started last night October 20, 2017. The three-night Electric Masskara which started last night will end on October 22, 2017. LED walls and LED arcs were set up at the designated areas across the Tourism Strip of Lacson, 10 barangays will going to showcase with their colorful float creativity. Street parties start at 9PM every night.
