Hollywood actor Mark Ruffalo praised Filipino creator of "The Hulk" toy out of tsinelas or flip-flops

The Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo praised the Filipino artist who made him the 'Hulk' toy out of tsinelas. On his Twitter account, Ruffalo made a nice shout out for Elmer Padilla for his amazing creation out of tsinelas.

"Believe it or not, this #Hulk doll is made out of recycled tsinelas (that's tagalog for flip-flops). Elmer Padilla made this for me so I just wanted to give a nice shoutout. Not only is this inventively creative, but it's sustainable and just pure awesome! Thank you Elmer!"
