This story of a jeepney driver hope will inspire us to dream big, sometimes many of us are contended let the life where it goes. But this jeepney driver Gary Roque chose to enroll in Bachelor in Industrial Technology, Major in Computer Technology in Bulacan State Universty (BulSU) in Malolos.
Life is not easy for Gary of course being a driver and a student but still because he has dream he survive. His father is also a jeepney driver, after 2 years in college he quit from going to school and he thought that it was enough for him to get some job. As the time goes by Gary still can't find a job and He realized that its not easy to find a job without a diploma.
He decided to go back to school and continued for being a jeep driver during free time. After class hours, he rushes to the street to earn money and he admitted sometimes he was caught for a traffic violation disobeying the traffic rules, picking up passengers at illegal spots.
Every day he went home late in the morning and get up early to go to school at 7 AM. During his last year in college he sometimes went for days without sleeping because he had to work more inorder to pay for his school project and thesis. He is always the last one to pay for his tuition because still he has to work for it.
With the help of his classmates and understanding professors despite him being always sleeping in class, Gary finally survive and able to graduate.
