Dash cam video caught ceres liner bus ignoring red light in Bacolod city. The video was shared by a facebook user Carlz Lacson describing the bus is coming from St. John's Institute Ayala North Point and heading to Bacolod City.

According to him this kind of practice is very dangerous and demanded this driver should be reprimanded and all their drivers to be train properly on safety road regulations.
