Jake Zyrus once again drop the bombshell after posting a topless photo online while doing a routine workout.

The Facebook page Starbeks shared a photo of the 26 year-old singer Charice Pempengco A.K.A Jake Zyrus doing push-up.

"Nagpapaborta na si Jake Zyrus," as written in the post.

"Kung mababasa nya itong post na ito... anong mensashe mo sa kanya?"

After coming out as a transgender man, Jake Zyrus, formerly Charice, revealed that he underwent breast removal surgery, a decision that he said made him feel that his transition was complete.
