The It's Showtime 'Magpasikat' competition just recently concluded staging several acts from Its Showtime family. Karylle and Jhong Hilario's tandem had merged for this year's Magpasikat competition.
The two performed a colorful musical which featured original songs like a Broadway musical evolving the cockroach and a caterpillar's child (Jhong) struggling about his identity.
Netizens gives a positive review as it shows acceptance and support for the LGBTQ. Most likely the whole performance was deemed unique prompting judges to select the best.Team Karylle-Jhong has won P300,000 for their chosen charity.
However, team Vice Ganda and Amy Perez comes in a second place, performed a trampoline dance and singing in the rain won P200,000 for their chosen charity.
While, Anne Curtis and Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla's team won P100,000 for their charity for their death-defying "The Greatest Showman" inspired performance.
Team Jugs Jugueta-Teddy Corpuz and Team Vhong Navarro-Ryan Bang both received the consolation prize of P50,000.
