Paolo Ballesteros receives flowers from rumored boyfriend on his birthday

The Eat Bulaga host Paolo Ballesteros was surprised on the bouquet of flower he received from rumored boyfriend Kenneth Gabriel Concepcion as he celebrating his 36th birthday on November 29, Thursday.

Paolo shared the photo of the bouquet of flowers on his Instagram that was given to him by his rumored non-showbiz boyfriend which could also be seen setting on the bed.
