The 21-year-old Teri Marina Colmenares is Cebu's beauty pageant enthusiast which represents the municipality of Carmen on the recently held Binibining Cebu Sikop.
However, these young beauty' s dreamed had all gone when she was arrested recently in a drug bust for alleged selling to a police agent a packs of high-grade marijuana amounting to P90,000, reported in Cebu Daily News.
The drug bust operation was initiated when a rape complaint was received by Guadalupe Police. The victim claimed she was drugged and molested by a desk jockey in a bar. Then the police started to search for the suspect, following his arrest he confessed the source of the party drugs which leads to the arrest of Nicole Allan Casiño.
However, the source of the party drugs has not yet ended and Police started focus their operation to the last person Colmenares. She was caught with high-grade marijuana disguised as fruit pops on Saturday at Escario street, Brgy. Kamputhaw.
Colmenares is charge for violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Selling of prohibited drugs is a non-bailable offense.
