South Korea will be the next Miss Universe home for the competition 2019, according to former Ilocos Sur Gov. Luis "Chavit" Singson.
Singson revealed the international pageant's venue during an interview with DZMM Teleradyo. The most exciting part of the revelation, he said that Miss North Korea will be joining the event.
"Saka next year, na-aarange ko na, sa South Korea, at sasama ang North Korea, kaya maganda ang exposure ni Catriona' pag tinurn-over, itu-turn over niya sa next next Miss Universe, doon ko gagawin sa South Korea," he added.
Miss Philippine Catriona Grays won the crown of the 67th Miss Universe. She is the fourth Miss Universe crown after Pia Wurtzbach in 2015, Margie Moran in 1973, and Gloria Diaz in 1969.
