A Gong Cha customer will probably be more stricter to scrutinize before drinking any cups of bubble tea after an absolutely disgusting experience with his order.
Nico Yabut took to his Facebook account sharing a photos and video of the three little cockroaches from his bubble tea.
"This afternoon I ordered from Gong Cha PH in Theatre Mall, Greenhills. My order actally took a while to make since there were a lot of customers.
"The staff then handed me my drink eventually with a sealed straw and all. The drink was really good. But just as I was about to finish the drink, I moved the cup-sleeve to check how much I had left and I was utterly shocked to see 3.... yes, 3 LITTLE COCKRAOCHES in my drink," Yabut wrote on his Facebook post.
After reminding the public to check their orders before drinking or eating them, Nico appealed to the management of the milk tea store to investigate the incident.
"Guys, please do check your orders before drinking/eating them... wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.
To the management at GONGCHA PH. You might want to investigate. This is simply unacceptable," Yabut added.
