Netizens slammed Lolit Solis comment over 'Sales Lady'

The veteran journalist Lolit Solis had took about the issue of Tony Labrusca in her Instagram account however, some of her followers weren't happy about the 'Sales Lady' comment.

It was quoted in her post saying on how to deal with the sales lady," Like kung tarayan ka ng isang salesgirl, ‘di ba dapat isipin mo kaya nga salesgirl lang siya kasi iyon lang ang kaya ng utak niya kaya dapat hindi mo patulan kasi suwerte mo ikaw customer, mas kaya mong bumili," written in Lolit Solis Instagram.

I graduated BSC-Marketing and had an opportunity to work abroad being a SALESMAN & eventually managed 212sqm. store size of fashion store & Porsche luxury store in Dubai., part of my skills is in the shop floor & dealing in a more diverse platform not to mention the retail operation process., Having a label is not a status of how your brain/character should function. In the Phils., more of "WHO U KNOW and NOT ON WHAT YOU KNOW..." it's somehow you're familiar with in a showbusiness industry...however working in retail is also same as working in a corporate world., our brain doesn't just function on how to convert customers and to reach our KPI's hence we deal with people and that's the most vital job knowledge that's it's hard to sustain., Don't just blame the "salesgirl" and use to your quote., have you even tried to sit and think how you're earning bread for a living...do you require master degree to do as such...have you travel atleast to work & conduct interviews with sheik/royal king and queens...I'm not here to degrade anyone hence we should respect each other way of living., regardless their label and level...Tony, is kind a immature hence he apologized., He's a human thou I also not tolerate as such but then again he can be anyone...he's just a celeb. and that caught everyones attention...we are in a democratic country, just please use this power not to harm anyone. I agree with you @akosilolitsolis , lahat po sinabi ninyo ay tama, except for the sales lady, most of them po ay college graduate if not all of them, pero dahil sa hirap ng job opportunity dito sa atin, pinapasok nila being sales lady, which is napakarangal po trabaho.
