Indie actor Kristoffer King has passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019. King who starred several movies with director Brillante Mendoza was brought to Adventist Medical Center Manila these morning, were his heart has temporarily stopped from beating, according to Pep report.
He once reunited with Mendoza and Coco Martin in "Tirador" for 2008's "Serbis," the first Filipino movie to compete in the prestigious Cannes Film Festival since 1984.
Mendoza also shared a post on his Facebook account, calling him his best actor.
King also appeared in Mendoza's "Ma Rosa," and "Ang Probinsyano".
