Do you agree on the statistics result?
Based on the results of the National Achievement Test (NAT) - a standardized set of examinations taken in the Philippines by students in years 6, 10, 10, and 12 - Region XIII or the CARAGA Region generally has the smartest students in the country.
Students in the said region produced the highest results on all of the subject areas while most of the regions in Southern part of the Philippines (with the exception of ARMM) achieved an above average scores.
Except ARMM, all regions in Mindanao achieved “ABOVE AVERAGE” to “SMARTEST” categories.
