The movie will be based on The Dark Phoenix Saga,were X-Men face the powerful Jean Grey.Jean is nearly killed when she is hit by a mysterious cosmic force during a rescue mission. Grey becomes uncontrollable evil and sets out for destruction. Now, the group has to do something to save Grey's soul and to save humanity from aliens who wish to rule the galaxy.

Dark Phoenix will be release on June 7, 2019, directed by Simon Kinberg starring Sophie Turner, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Tye Sheridan, Alexandra Shipp, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Evan Peters and Jessica Chastain.
