Kuwait Airways is hiring another batch of Filipino workers this March. At least 200 Filipino workers are needed to recover work force slippage despite of mass hiring for as many as 400 vacancies last year.
The recruitment team will be in Manila from March 15-22 for an interview to applicants of cargo staff positions. Interview for aircraft engineers and technicians will begin on April 15.
Kuwait Airways Cargo operations, EZZ Eldin Al Hasawi said that the vacancies are open for both male and female applicants. The monthly compensation may range for P37,000 to P59,000 for those hired in cargo department. While aircraft engineers and aircraft mechanics will expect a salary of from P67,000 to P257,000.
Hired applicants will be given free food allowance, accomodation and tranpostation.
“Maganda ang trabaho rito. Bukod sa 27 years na ako rito sa Kuwait at sa blessings na binigyan kami ng opportunity na makapagtrabaho rito, 'yung aking anak naipasok ko rin dito, flying crew,” Greg Alcantara, a Filipino head waiter said.
