Tv broadcaster is facing 'Bigamy' case against a woman claiming to be his wife lodged a complaint. The case was filed before the Quezon City Prosecutor's office. In the complaint affidavit shown in GMA News, a certain Julieta Nacpil Licup from Concepcion, Tarlac said that she is the wife of Raffy Tulfo.

"We contracted our marriage on October 25, 1982 at the Office of the Mayor of Capaz Tarlac," the affidavit read.
Raffy is known to public that he is married to Jocelyn Tulfo.
