Bago City Bridge to be closed for expansion activities starting July 27, 2019

Bago City, Negros Occidental - One of the longest bridge in the South of Negros Occidental is the Bago bridge that will be closed to motorists on July 27 to allow the expansion activities. The local government unit of Bago city posted the announcement on their Facebook page.


The two-day closure will only allow vehicles for emergency cases such as ambulance, firetrucks and PNP vehicles. 

The motorists are advise to take alternate routes due to Bago City bridge closure on July 27-28, 2019 and it will be open again on July 29.

* For private vehicles going North, turn right to crossing Ubay then straight ahead to crossing Mening then turn left. After, you may turn left and pass through San Juan Del Monte road, then Malingin-Napoles road to city proper. You may also straight ahead from crossing Mening to Atipuluan then turn left to crossing Abuanan road to Brgy. Sum-ag.

*For private vehicles going South, take the crossing Abuanan road, right to Brgy. atipuluan, straight to crossing Mening, then turn right. You may exit through crossing La Carlota or at crossing ubay to your destination.

* For South bound vehicles, from city proper you may pass through crossing bago, Brgy. Lag-asan straight to Malingin-Napoles road to San Juan Del Monte then right to crossing Mening. Keep right then you may exit through crossing la Carlota ot at crossing Ubay to your destination.
