Around 3,000 guests from senators, congressmen, and other top-level delegates from the other parts of the world walked at the red carpet in Batasang Pambansa on Monday. The scene wasn't new to us, attendees who arrived had a stopped for selfies, photo ops, and media interview along the way.
SONA's dress code has a little bit change to more simple business attire since Duterte started to address the nation three years ago.
