More than 85K voters in Negros Occidental was deactivated by Comelec

More than 85 thousand voters in Negros Occidental specifically Bacolod City has deactivated, according to the Commission on Elections (Comelec). This is due to failure to vote in two consecutive elections. 



The largest number of voters being deactivated were in Bacolod City at 42, 593, said Provincial Elections Supervisor Jessie Suarez as quoted in the inquirer report.

You may find the list of deactivated voters to every barangay hall in your Barangay. Dont worry, still you can reactivate your deactivated voters account by visiting the Comelec offices where you are registered.

All you need to do is to fill up a reactivation form at the Comelec offices, which are open from Mondays to Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
