Scarlet Snow Belo, the daughter of celebrity doctors Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho is now the youngest Tourism ambassador of the Philippines. The Tourism Department tapped the 4-year-old Scarlet Snow to bring her charm to the world with over 3.4 million followers in Instagram.

She met the Tourism Secretary Bernadette Puyat to finalize the deal, her Instagram post showed.
“Ok Tita Berna, let’s get to work and invite ALL the peoples of the world to our Philippines (but only as visitors, ok!),” the caption read.
On a separate post, Sec. Puyat meanwhile shook the hands of the adorable ambassador in her Instagram post, reciting the famous tagline "it's more fun in the Philippines."
Scarlet Snow will now joining Dimples Romana, Canadian vlogger Kulas Jennerman, and other famous personalities promoting the Philippines.
