James Reid answered some questions on his interview at Tonight with Boy Abunda yesterday, October 29, 2019. One of the questions asked to him, if he is willing to work with Julia Barreto?
However, James said, he cannot see a future team up with the actress.

In his statement he said, “Game’s over. It’s just…coz…like too much noise when it comes to fans and stuff. I have no problem with her at all. It’s just...Uhm...It’s just too much noise. Let’s make life easy.”
The actor and the record producer was playing a game called “Games Reid (Yes/No)”, where Boy Abunda flashed photos of the actresses that James can work with. James Reid had to respond with yes or no and then gives an explanation.
Some leading ladies flashed includes Yassi Pressman, Janella Salvador, Liza Soberano, Kathryn Bernardo and Julia Barreto. However, among these ladies James is not comfortable when asked about Julia. “Do I have to explain?” he even asked.
