Buglasan Festival 2019 is one of the most awaited festival in Negros Oriental, known as "The Festival of Festivals". The events for Buglasan Festival 2019 is scheduled to kick-off from October 14-27. The Festival was established when town and cities of Negros Oriental decided to join as one Negros island. The annual festival is basically sharing and showcasing of talents and tradition from Canlaon City to Bayawan City.
