Here's the concert ticket Mechanics
1. Purchase one (1) Ayala Malls Cinemas gift card valued at P1,000 from the Glorietta 4 Cinemas ticket booth OR spend a minimum of P1,000 in a single receipt, in any Glorietta 1-5, The Link, 6750, or Park Square merchant (excluding department stores, supermarkets, drug stores and services/billing payments) from November 23 to 30, 2019.
2. Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert ticket redemption:
a. Only one (1) Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert ticket may be redeemed for every one (1) Ayala Malls Cinema gift card with a total value of P1,000
b. Only one (1) Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert ticket may be redeemed for every minimum single-receipt purchase worth P1,000. Single receipts amounting to P2,000 and above are equivalent to one (1) concert ticket only.
3. A maximum of five (5) Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert tickets per customer will be allowed for redemption.
4. Present/exchange your receipt/s at the Glorietta 2 Concierge from November 23 to December 1, 2019 during mall hours from 11:00AM to 6:00PM to claim your ticket/s.
5. Glorietta reserves the right to validate the receipts and Ayala Malls Cinemas gift cards. Receipts and Ayala Malls Cinemas gift cards that are defaced, crumpled, tampered or receipts lesser than ¾ its actual size will not be honored.
6. Present/exchange your Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert ticket at the entrance of the Glorietta Activity Center for a Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlet during the show date – December 1, 2019. Only one (1) Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlet will be issued per person. Only an authorizedGlorietta event representative is allowed to issue Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlets.
7. No Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert ticket, no Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlet. No Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlet, no entry.
8. Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlets should be worn at all times. Tampered, torn or damaged wristlets will not be allowed for entry into the concert venue.
9. The Ayala Malls Cinemas gift card/s are only valid for use in the Glorietta 4 Cinemas. Terms and conditions of the Ayala Malls Cinemas gift card shall be strictly followed.
10. Event gates open at 6:00PM on December 1, 2019 at the Glorietta Activity Center.
FOR AMORE CREDIT OR PREPAID CARD HOLDERS:
1. The first ten (10) Ayala Malls Amore credit or prepaid card holders to reserve for the Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! in Glorietta from November 23 to 30, 2019 are entitled to two (2) regular Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert tickets.
Reservations will only be accepted through calls to the Glorietta 2 Concierge at (02) 7625-5149 during mall hours, from 11:00AM to 10:00PM. A maximum of two (2) tickets can be released per cardholder. Each ticket entitles one (1) person access to the Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert.
2. When reserving, the Ayala Malls Amore credit or prepaid card holder will be required to give his/her Amore card number for identification and a mobile number where a text message will be sent regarding the confirmation and details of the reservation. Only one reservation will be accepted per call.
3. Present the Ayala Malls Amore credit or prepaid card and confirmation text at the Glorietta 2 Concierge on December 1, 2019 to claim your ticket/s. The presentation of the Ayala Malls Amore credit or prepaid card and confirmation text is required.
4. Present/exchange your Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert ticket at the entrance of the event venue for a Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlet during the show date. Only one (1) Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlet will be issued per person. Only an authorized Glorietta event representative is allowed to issue Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! wristlets.
5. No Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert ticket, no Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlet. No Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlet, no entry.
6. Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlets should be worn at all times. Tampered, torn or damaged wristlets will not be allowed for entry into the concert venue.
7. Only twenty (20) Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert tickets are allocated for Ayala Malls Amore credit or prepaid card holders.
8. Reserved Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert tickets that are unclaimed will be forfeited when the gates open to the public 30 minutes before the show starts.
FOR AYALA REWARDS CIRCLE (ARC) CARD HOLDERS:
1. The first ten (10) Ayala Rewards Circle (ARC) card holders to reserve for the Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! in Glorietta from November 23 to 30, 2019 are entitled to two (2) regular Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert tickets.
Reservations will only be accepted through the ARC hotline at (02) 8527-7272. A maximum of two (2) tickets can be released per card holder. Each ticket entitles one (1) person access to the Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert.
2. When reserving, the ARC card holder will be required to give his/her ARC card number for identification and a mobile number where a text message will be sent regarding the confirmation and details of the reservation. Only one reservation will be accepted per call.
3. Present the ARC card and confirmation text at the Glorietta 2 Concierge on December 1, 2019 to claim your ticket/s. The presentation of the ARC card and confirmation text is required.
4. Present/exchange your Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert ticket at the entrance of the event venue for a Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert wristlet during the show date. IMPORTANT: Ben & Ben x 3D: LIVE! concert tickets and Ayala Malls Cinemas gift cards are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash and other goods. Tickets allotted for Ayala Malls events are strictly not for resale.
Ayala Malls reserves the right to suspend guest privileges of ticketholders found to be selling/scalping/auctioning their reserved tickets.
