Viva Films released a teaser of a remake "Miracle in Cell No. 7on YouTube. The teaser posted last November 12,2019 and it reaches over 1.7 million views.
Miracle in Cell No. 7 is a South Korean comedy and family melodrama film. A heart touching story that catches viewers attention last 2013. This movie made everyone cried. It was a story of a mentally handicapped single father who is wrongfully imprisoned for murder.
The miracle of the title is the series of meeting in the forms friendships with his fellow inmates, who then helped him reunite with his daughter. But then, the father was sentenced to death. His daughter then later on became a judicial apprentice and re imprim for her father. It was too late when she got a sentence of innocence.
This movie will bring back and makes you cry again as it will be shown in the Philippines. Get ready with your tissue because a heart touching story will definitely have a come back.
A Filipino remake will be played by Aga Muhlach as Lito, the father of Xia Vigor as Yesha (the daughter). Joining with them includes Joel Torre, JC Santos, Mon Confiado, Jojit Lorenzo, Soliman Cruz, Bela Padilla and Tirso Cruz III.
Miracle in Cell No. 7 is one of the eight entries announced by Metro Manila Film Festival to show this December 25 in all cinemas nationwide.
