The Eraserheads front man Ely Buendia surprised recently the crowd when he performed with the casts of Ang Huling El Bimbo on December 8 at the Newports Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City.
On its 3rd run next year, Ely Buendia will be joining the casts of "Ang Huling El Bimbo" including exchanged a few lines and acted out a few scenes as part of the story written by Dingdong Novenario and directed by Jamie Wilson.
Set in the '90s, Ang Huling El Bimbo tells the story of three friends - Hector, Emman, and Anthony, who have just started their journey in college. As they As they spend their days dealing with love, family, and school, they meet Joy one fateful day during military training. From there, we witness as these four friends grow together –dealing with problems, heartbreak, and the harsh realities of life.
