The wild moment a partying young man dancing in a post during the Dinagsa Festival in Cadiz city, went viral. 
The unknown lad was filmed dancing in a pole and strip-off in front of the cheering crowd mostly young people.
Cadiz City, known as the City of Whales is celebrating the 46th Dinagsa festival. The celebration of the local festival attracts thousands of tourists coming in the city. Many young people attracts the partying style "lamhitanay" where water based paint is being used to spot faces and parts of the body of those joining the party.
