A Facebook user Stephen Berdecen shared a video of his brother Ulvic Berdecen who got engaged through the effort of her girlfriend Cheska Galvez. In one of the family gathering in a restaurant Ulvic got surprised after a restaurant crew handed him a flowers, followed by his girlfriend Cheska Galvez who appeared in front of him.
Emotional Cheska who handed him a last flower kneeled in front of him with a poster asking him, "Will you marry me?"
And he said YES!
