Concerned citizen call out government agencies for refusing to rescue the alleged physically ill Chinese national lying in Manila street

A social media user named Zaldy Bao Maguigad has went live online after non of his call from the nearest hospital and government agencies in Manila has responded to the alleged Chinese national who seemed physically ill, was consciously lying on the road. 

On his first post on her social media account, Maguigad is urgently requesting for an ambulance near Remedios St. in Taft Avenue, showing a photos of a man lying on the street. 

According to him, he already contacted the different agencies through a phone calls but non of them arrived. The man lying on the street had caused sudden intense feeling of fear to the people in the area, highlighted the man might be a possible carrier of the deadly Wuhan coronavirus.

After an hours of waiting, Maguigad was failed as no one from the agencies he was calling arrived. The man stood up on his own in a spinning state and rode to a public transport. 

Maguigad had expressed concerned to the incident, according to him a possible spread of the coronavirus (2019-nCoV) would happened if no agencies would respond to this kind of event.

Currently, the Philippines has confirmed first case of novel coronavirus from the 38-year-old Chinese woman who traveled to the Philippines from Wuhan.

The novel coronavirus that has killed more than 200 people in China and nearly 12,000 infected continues to spread around the world.
