Important things to know about receiving the Social Amelioration Card (SAC) from government cash aid between P5K-P8K

Around 18 million families will get a cash aid for 2 months to help them during the coronavirus pandemic.

The monthly subsidies, ranging from P5K to P8K per family are part of the "Bayanihan to heal as One Act". 

However, while we are waiting from the government aid which is coming our way Senator Alan Peter Cayetano have a lot of things he discussed during his Facebook live. 

The amount of the subsidy, according to the law, should be computed based on the prevailing regional minimum wage. Existing subsidies such as rice allowance, and aid received through the government’s conditional cash transfer program should also be taken into consideration.

One important thing to know upon receiving the Social Amelioration Card (SAC), this must have a bar code in the lower portion of the form.

• Pregnant women
• Solo parents
• Oversease Filipinos in distress
• Indigenous peoples
• Homeless citizens
• Farmers
• Fishermen
• Self-Employed
• Infromal settlers
• Employees affected by the "No Work, No Pay" policy
• (PUV Drivers, House Helpers, Construction workers, etc.)
