Baninay Bautista, a former Pinoy Big Brother housemate has been tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Sharing the news on her YouTube channel, she also revealed that her boyfriend Bont Oropel and her other family members also got tested positive for the disease.
“Kanina nung nalaman ko, sobrang umiyak ako kasi natakot ako. Naging emotional din ako kasi may fear, kasi alam naman nating walang gamot and all, pero to tell you guys, honestly, sobrang wala kong nafi-feel na kahit ano,” Bautista said.
Her condition is asymptomatic, where she doesn't feel any symptoms for the disease.
"Yun na lang talaga pinagpapasalamat ko kasi kahit ubo, sipon, lagnat, wala diarrhea wala rin," she said. "May konting plema lang ako and sore throat siguro though hindi talaga siya sobrang sakit," she added.
Baninay said, she want to document her journey so that people can learn something through her vlog. She and other family members including her boyfriend are following all the health protocols including self-isolation, so they couldn't spread the virus.
Before she end the video, emotional Baninay revealed that they will be brought to a quarantine facility for treatment.
