Rolly is world's strongest typhoon to hit the Philippines so far - Pagasa

 As typhoon Rolly is likely to make landfall over Catanduanes, and will pass over mainland Camarines Provinces on Sunday morning, authorities  rushed to evacuate nearly a million people as the most powerful typhoon of the year so far is fast approaching.




As of 8PM, October 31 Pagasa bulletin, #Rolly maintains his strength as violent winds and intense rainfall is expected to experience.



After crossing the Southern Luzon - Metro Manila area, the center of “ROLLY” is forecast to exit the mainland Luzon landmass on Monday  early morning.



ROLLY is likely to remain a typhoon category (185-215 km/h) by the time it makes landfall. While traversing over Luzon, “ROLLY” is forecast to weaken considerably and emerge as a severe tropical storm or minimal typhoon over the West Philippine Sea.

• 96 Hour (Wednesday afternoon):1,020 km West of Central Luzon (OUTSIDE PAR) (14.8°N, 110.8°E)
